The website promises a discount of 15% for your first order. However, that discount is not always available. Your order has to reach a certain sum before you can apply it. If you need a short essay with a long deadline, you won’t be able to use the discount.
Based on the Essays Master reviews that we found online, most students were attracted by the discount and decided to use the service because of it. They were disappointed to see that it didn’t apply to the order they had to mind.
Paper Quality
This is the most important element of our EssaysMaster review: the impressions from direct experience. We ordered an essay with a topic from political sciences. We made it relevant: we wanted the writer to discuss the way U.S. official politics affected the situation with COVID-19. It’s an interesting topic that didn’t require too much research, but demanded a unique point of view.
The writer got lost with the topic. She had no idea what to do about it. She didn’t contact us to explain she was struggling and ask for more details (although we provided clean instructions in the form). She just failed to write the paper. When the deadline came, we contacted the support. Then they told us that the writer was struggling with the topic and they assigned another writer to assist her. We received the paper two days later.
It was a disaster. It did not stick to the topic at all. It didn’t have a thesis statement. The writer just rambled about the “terrible disease.” The text was full of fillers. There was nothing valuable in it.
We asked for revisions, and that’s when the problems with the customer support department arose.
Customer Support
EssaysMaster is supposed to have a live chat that works all the time. It doesn’t. We waited for hours after sending a message via live chat, only to get a response via email. No one attends that chat, but you can try if you feel lucky.
That’s not the biggest issue. The problem was that no one reacted to our complaints. The customer service agent sent us a message, saying that we got our paper and their job was done. When we asked for a refund because the paper didn’t work, they said we can’t get a refund because we already read the paper. They considered the transaction completed. When we asked about the missed deadline and a partial refund that follows such situations, we didn’t get a response.
The customer support on this site is a disaster!
